With over 20 years of success as a traditional business executive, entrepreneurial leader, Danny Wilson, amplifies enterprise performance, profits, and goal setting. As the CFO of Illuvium and influential member of the founding team, Danny also advises many Web3 projects on all facets of building a successful blockchain project from the ground up. From tokenomics structure, venture capital fundraise, DAO integration, launchpad and IDO setup and treasury management, to getting listed on global centralised exchanges and partner relations. With Danny’s execution of the strategic plan, the Illuvium DAO grew to well over $10B (FDV) and over 200 core contributors, backed by 2+ years of capital runway within the first year of operation.
Having held director and leadership roles in various retail and tech organizations, Danny has proven a prowess for the tactical manoeuvring in operations that sets businesses up for success and sustainability. In 2016, Danny founded a joint venture with one of Australia’s iconic business leaders, Gerry Harvey. In just three short years, this venture grew to over $150M+ in revenue, with a team of over 150 people. Recently, Danny earned his Master’s in Business Administration, specialising in Digital Business and start-ups.
He has been featured in business magazines APAC Outlook and CEO Magazine for his work in Illuvium, the only AAA gaming studio where players own their in-game assets and control game development.
Danny has been investing in crypto projects since early 2017 and shares a keen eye, seeking out and assisting game changing, industry disrupting blockchain start-ups reach their full potential.
Prolific and proven, Kieran Warwick is a Co-Founder of Illuvium, the decentralised gaming studio empowering players to benefit from owning their assets. Kieran’s sharp business instincts and ability to foresee opportunities in new markets has positioned Illuvium as a banner project, leading the advent of a new class of big-studio quality NFT games on the blockchain.
Working in e-commerce with Synthetix Co-Founder and brother, Kain Warwick, Kieran was on the ground of the emerging metaverse at the inception of Bitcoin and Ethereum. Predicting a massive influx of applications entering the crypto space led him to join Blueshyft. While there, Kieran successfully onboarded major Australian Exchanges and started the world’s first OTC cryptocurrency exchange.
DeFi was expanding the capabilities of the blockchain and drew Kieran back to the space from The Burger Collective, a company which he helped amass 100,000 unique reviews, 20,000 monthly web app users and establish a partnership with the global business DoorDash.
Drawing venture inspiration from the pure enjoyment of lifelong passions, Kieran wanted to pioneer a DeFi project that would bring together the pleasure of playing excellent video games with earning opportunities and stable tokenomics. With his experience in trading penny stocks, Kieran knew he and Kain could explore uncharted areas of possibility in the metaverse. Kieran tapped his brother Aaron, Co-Founder and Game Designer, to develop Illuvium – the first and only AAA gaming studio to bring rich lore and strategic combat to the Ethereum blockchain.
